However, the cell said that it had already given five extensions and giving any more extensions would not be possible, the court said that it should extend it by 24 hours to which they agreed. The petition had also alleged that the on screen marking system was implemented haphazardly, coupled with poor infrastructural facilities contributed to the delay. The last date for filling up forms will now be September 6. While replying to the complaint by the petitioners that the university website had been inaccessible for nearly four days, the university informed the court that it had hired a new server and was uploading all results on it.A division bench of justices Anoop Mohta and Bharati Dangre was hearing a writ petition filed by three law students who has complained against the delay of results and had sought compensation for the losses they suffered due to the delay. The court has kept the matter for hearing on the same day for compliance.The university informed the court that it had declared almost a majority of the results and only 33 results remained out of 477 and it was making efforts to complete the pending results by September 5. It further directed the university that it should send the hard copies of the mark sheets to the colleges within a couple of days to which the university said that the gazette would be sent within two days and the mark sheets within three days. According to the university, they would try to complete all assessment by September 5.. It has also directed the state CET cell to extend the date of filling forms to September 6.
